Attend company events and receive thoughtful gifts. Access a tool account with career advancement opportunities. Your Role as a Tool and Die CNC Machinist: Interpret customer prints, engineering specifications, and layout results.

Disassemble, clean, and reassemble dies, molds, jigs, fixtures, etc. Troubleshoot die and mold quality issues. Make judgment calls on tool repairs.

Operate tool room equipment such as lathes, mills, surface grinders, drill presses, etc. Read all measuring tools (mics, calipers, indicators, scales, height gages, etc.). What You Bring to the Table: Minimum of 3 years machinist/tool and die work experience.

Technical or trade school experience is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Requirements: Adherence to safety rules. Flexibility to work any shift. Successful completion of a hair follicle drug test, background check, E-Verify, and physical.
